Top RB Rankings for 2017-2018 Postseason

     Fantasy Postseason Staff

Here are the Fantasy Postseason staff rankings of the Top 12 RBs for postseason long leagues:

1. Le'Veon Bell - PIT - Bell's YPG averages are down in both the pass and run game.  But he's been a stud in the playoffs and we expect him to play at least 2 games.

2. Dion Lewis - NE - We all know that we can't trust a Patriots RB in fantasy right?  Lewis has bucked the trend and has been consistently getting touches. With over 30 touches per game in the last two games, Lewis is primed to hold down the backfield during the Pats postseason run.

3. Todd Gurley - LAR - Breakout season for this Georgia back. Problem is they have a tough first round matchup vs the defending NFC champs and they could only play 1 game.

4. Jay Ajayi - PHI - Expect Foles to hand the ball off a lot to Ajayi. The Eagles lost their offensive leader when Wentz went down but they still have home field throughout the NFC playoffs.

5. Latavius Murray - MIN - Murray is very much underated but has been a consistent producer down the stretch on a team that could represent the NFC in the Superbowl.  He finished the season rushing for 111 yards with 2 TDs.

6. Alvin Kamara - NO - Kamara has been a pleasant surprise this year for the Saints. He doesn't get that many rushes but he's catching 4-6 balls a game out of the backfield for big yardage.

7. Mark Ingram - NO - In a time share with Kamara, but is the top goal line back in New Orleans and should expect to get his opportunties on a team that people are picking to go to the Superbowl.

8. Leonard Fournette - JAC - Up and down in the last part of the season with respect to total rush yards, but has scored a TD in 3 out of his last 4 games.

9. Kareem Hunt - KC - Has recovered from his mid-season slump with good yardage numbers and 4 TDs in his last 4 games.  KC should play two games this postseason.

10. Devonta Freeman - ATL - Only averaging 11 rushes in last two games, but is a threat out of the backfield to catch passes.  Caught 9 for 85 and a touch in last game of the season.

11. Christian McCaffrey - CAR - The Panthers could get bounced in the first round - but this pass catching phenom caught 80 balls this year ouf the backfield for 651 yards.  Target him in PPR postseason leagues.

12. LeSean McCoy - PHI - Overall stud, but ranked this low due to his questionable status that comes as a result of his sprained ankle.
